No phone audio

My wife and I just got Droid 2 - her phone has barely any sound when she uses the phone....mine is fine. Compared all of my settings next to hers and they are the same. Volume toggle on side of phone is turned up to the max. Cant seem to find any setting to fix it....Am I missing something?

If turning the phone off, pulling the battery and restarting the phone doesn't fix it, take it back for a replacement.
