According to the Storage settings on my S3, I have 9.77 GB available on my phone and another 1.32 GB available on my SD card. But when I try to download a 47 KB pdf file from a website, the download fails and gives me an error message that says "Unable to complete download. Not enough memory" I've downloaded pdf files before, but now I get this same result anytime I try any pdf (don't know if I would get the same result on pictures - I don't download much from the web to my phone unless I REALLY need it).
