Downloads Failing

Lately I can't get any email attachment or website PDF to download successfully. I tried increasing the max email size to no avail. Marketplace works fine.

Ideas?

It has been happening on my LG optimus Q EVERY SINGLE TIME I try to download ANY file. It keeps telling me that someone stopped the download even though no one even touched the phone. It even happens with every possible fix for it. It is forcing me to have to get a new phone. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!

My NET 10 LG OPTIMUS NET ANDROID 2.3.4 has stopped downloading. Everything I try to download fails instantly. Any suggestions? Also if I ever get to download anything I was wondering what to do about flash videos such ad from hulu and Netflix since we can no longer get adobe flash...I can watch YouTube vids but nothing else. Is there a solution to this? But first I must deal with my download problem. Please help this phone is only 2 weeks old. Should I. Rrtugn it or are there solutions?
