Rezound won't download my pdf file

So my old phone (Incredible 2) would access and download my daily work document which is accessed on a secure website and put into pdf format with out any problems.

I recently upgraded to the Rezound, and when I click on the file to download it, it tries for a second, then says "download failed." I have not been able to figure out any setting or reason for this. Under internet options I restored factory settings. I cycled the power on the phone a couple times. Etc. No clues as to why it won't download this document (pdf). I have verified on my PC and on another phone that the document downloads just fine (but not to my phone).

Do you have a PDF application? If that's not it, you can try downloadanyfile. But you really shouldn't need that anymore

Try a different web browser. I get that download fail on stock all the time.
