no 3g but 4g works?

This just started i have no 3g, status says connecting but never does, can make calls but no data, tried battpull but still has prob, had this razr 22 days with little problems, my wifes x has full signal, i miss my x never had any probs until scren flicker after Warranty was up but i still us it on wifi, what should i do?

Verizon had a outage that affected northern cal, 3g is now working forus in sacramento

Here in Poland, OH I am not getting 3G or any 4G today. Every other day this becomes the norm.
