News & weather app not working

I have the droid 2 global and my weather app has stopped working. I have tried clearing cache, tried soft and hard boot and it still does not work...

Mine stopped for a few hours yesterday. However, today, it has been fine.

Keep finding LOTS of posts about this problem but no fixes
