New to x.. came from droid 1

I'm not used to the roms for x yet. Installed Liberty.. wiped cache and data factory reset then installed rubix focused 2., is there supposed to a toolbox or something?

I guess I should elaborate. I mean like on Droid 1 roms there are extra settings in the phone. Example: Simply Stunning has SS tools and Cyogen tools.

liberty has a toolbox you download from the market; don't know about the rom you installed.
