New to thunderbolt.

I want to root my phone. I have been searching and I have seen many different ways of doing it. I checked YouTube and there are videos but each one was different.

I was hoping someone can steer me into the direction of rooting my phone. I just got it today and want to get rid of bloatware and run roms of course.

Thanks guys. I got it rooted. Now to figure out the roms. A lot different than the DX.

I've tried BAMF, ThunderStick, and CyanogenMod. I'm sticking with Cyanogen for now. Seems to have the best battery life. No sense UI but I can live without it.

Is Cyanogen pretty stable now? I tried it a while ago but it was to buggy for me to use as a daily. BAMF 3.0 is really nice but I do miss Cyanogen
