New To ROMs

Ok, friends. I just bought a Bionic, coming from the dreaded iPhone league. Ive recently rooted the phone and flashed Liberty to it. Now what? lol I want some good themes, but am finding it hard to find them. Also, I did the backup of my phone before I flashed. How do I restore my pictures and stuff now that Ive got Liberty on my phone. Is this the best ROM to go with? I saw a SICK MIUI theme that I really wanted, but didnt realize that I had to have the MIUI ROM to use it. Is that available for the Bionic? Sorry for the noobi-ness....

I personally prefer theory roms, but I've read a lot of stuff about "better battery" with the Liberty Rom. I think it's all preference and what you like. Th3ory roms gives you a lot of options/customization. Pictures should be on your sdcard. Currently, I'm using the ICS4BIONIC as my main rom, 1x data really doesn't bother me that much, good enough for me, most of the time I'm on WiFi.
