1. how do i veiw multiple e mail accounts at one time?
2. how do i sysnc my outlook calendar with out going thru g mail

You might check out the K9 mail app and here is a good link for what is available to sync Outlook to Android and vice versa... Sync Android/Droid with Outlook/Exchange
