Hi, I have a Droid X, and am only marginally tech savvy - well maybe less than marginally. I was downloading apps today, after having to reset controls because of an email bug I couldn't figure out, and my phone froze during the downloads. The screen is lit, but everything is completely jammed - can't even power down. This has gone on for several hours now. HELP!

welcome to the community. Glad to have you with us and have you tried a battery pull?

welcome to the forum! besides battery reset, u might have to do factory reset. if not, have vzw store look at it.
