Well ive had my new droid x for about 2 and a half weeks now and i loved it wehn i got it and still love it, ive just grown to notice a couple things im not enjoying, for one i cant connect to my home wifi, i can connect to say a coffee shops with ease but when i try and connect to my own it doesnt work, ive even conntacted verizon and got my password down from them. ive also notice a couple times my camera or camcorder dont open when i want them too and just a few things that im just like wtf? about, i want to learn how to do everything i can with this amazing tech so i bought the droid x for dummies haha now since im lazy i havent gotten past chapter one! well thats just alittle about what i do know so far, also ive picked up a few free games one of which is called Pirates and traders, it is a game developed by Micabyte, and i was wondering if there was a way for me to dock my phone to my pc and open the game file in notepad or something and maybe alter it alittle haha

You said you can't connect to your home wifi network? It should be identical to connecting at a coffee shop. On my Droid X, I opened Settings, clicked on Wireless & networks, clicked on Wi-Fi Settings, turned on Wi-Fi, clicked Network notification, then Add Wi-Fi network and configured the thing to find and remember my home network settings. Took 2-3 minutes at most. After that, it's simpler - just turned on Wi-Fi and instantly, I was connected.

Dumb question: are you sure your home wifi network is set up correctly?

Android games are generally not modable - the packaging and signing process would make it a pain to implement.

If you have specific requests, though, you could always post them on the game forums.
