Welcome to Droid!!! What I did to mine and it seemed to help a little was:

1. Under call settings shut :"Voice privacy" off.

2. From your phone dial pad hit ##program and send, enter 000000 for password and click verify, select option 4- vocode, change vocode from evrc to evrc-B and click apply, now back out to home screen and phone will reboot.

This seems to help a little~

Are you having trouble hearing people or are you having trouble talking to people? Or is it both? Anyway try what the previous poster advised and let us know how it works. My phone works great and it's crystal clear.

You may also want to update your prl's, you do this by dialing *228 option 2.

and :welcome: to the Droid Forums, Glad to have you here. :)

Thats awesome I was just browsing around didn't even need to do that, but you learn something new every day (if you visit DF everyday) I had no idea you could do that.

Alright, I did the *228. Done. I turned off the voice privacy.
I do not understand this: "From your phone dial pad hit ##program and send, enter 000000 for password and click verify, select option 4- vocode, change vocode from evrc to evrc-B and click apply, now back out to home screen and phone will reboot"
Can someone explain?
Specifically, how do I dial "##program"?
