New Market

OK. What's going on with the new market? My wife had the market updated auto-magically on her Captivate running 2.1-update1 two days ago. I have been reading all over the interwebs that it is happening to folks. Why oh why do I still have the old market, aside from not installing the .apk myself?

Its being rolled out gradually over the course of several weeks. I don't yet have it on mine (and frankly, if I still have the 24 hour refund window until I get the new version, I'll happily stay on old technology).
