I got made a video on how to get it.

Funny my market updated itself on my D3 to the new version two or three days ago. But my D2 is still on the old version. Guess its hit or miss. I am curious as to whether anyone who actually downloaded the new market has been able to update their apps manually. I know I wasn't able to do it. Didn't even see the option for it. Hence the reason I un-installed it.

You can manually update by pressing menu and selecting"my apps", once inside the market of course:)

See I tried that! But, I couldn't find the option to update. =/ I don't know, maybe I'm blind or somethin. I did try that like 5 days ago, though, so it might not of been an option yet.

As far as I know, ATT will not allow side-loading of apps. As a matter of fact, the option to install from "unknown sources" is not even available. This is true for the current Atrix (pre GB) as well as many ATT phones. I don't know if it's true for the Infuse, Capitvate or Inspire.

Nah I don't think that you're blind. The option just isn't there. All it will do is let you know that you have updates but there is nothing you can do about it. That's why I had to un-install it. But with the pushed updated market the option is definitely available.

Have you actually downloaded the new market and tried that. If you can tell me where the option to update apps is I would appreciate it. Bcuz I want the new market on my D2. All I can get to is my apps. I can see that I have available updates. But I fail to see something to click on to install the updates

Thanks everyone. I did get it to work using the side loader. I also had to get the right driver by installing the new htc sync application. Everything works fine.

You can just install it manually if you look at my video, it explains it. :)

Ah, yeah, that makes sense.

When I open the market app, I just tap the menu button on my phone, I'm on a droid 2. It opens and there are 4 choices; my apps, settings, accounts and help. I select my apps and it shows all my installed apps that have updates in aphabetical order, that's it. What phone are are you on?

Dude, to download it just:

Go to market > search 4shared > download > open 4shared > search 3.0.27 market(or android market and look for the 3.0.27 one) > download.

Or go online on your phone, google 3.0.27 market, and find the link and download it.
