New battery door?

I called Verizon about 2 weeks ago and told them I heard that they were giving replacements battery doors and was wondering if I could get one. The rep asked if mine was loose and I said yes. They sent me one by fed ex for free. Had it 2 days later. No hassles really.

I just got mine fed-x they have been back ordered a couple weeks
