How do I install a Custom ROM?
I downloaded ROM manager free version but not sure how to do so.
I was told to use Cyna's roms as well...What would you suggest?

First, have your rooted your phone? If not you need to do so before you can install any new rom

no I followed the root method in the forum on how to root any version...Should I make a nandroid backup now?

Okay, I used the same rooting tutorial that she did. The Root Droid 1 - Regardless of OS Version. But I don't really know what to do after that. I know I need to install a backup but I don't know if I need to creat a nandroid or the recovery within the Rom Manager. Or if I need to re-create one every time I make changes. Basically anything past rooting I'm stuck at and I've been reading and looking up numerous methods and information but I'm still a little lost
