I don't see it but in my UI_commands it gives me an option to create a tar

dont need to create a .tar, thats a zip file basically. what file manager you using?

so you downloaded it straight to your phone?
shoould have been a .tar you would have to extract it then should be a .rom.tgz

nevermind what i just said. it should be named .rom.tar when you download it, just change it to .rom.tgz
