Op go into settings, privacy, and do a factory reset. Make sure you have a gmail set up before you do, and it is going to ask you to activate it again. Rooting just gives you admin control. Root does not mess your phone up. You do not need to worry about a rom right now just use the device like it is and learn it first.

Also ignore the clockwork screen. To get out of it use your volume button to scroll and camera to hit reboot. Bootstrap is designed to boot into a custom recovery every other boot up.
