Need help with unrooting

I was running an old version of SS and I tired unrooting using the update.zip file way and i did it the way i was supposed to but i lost the market, airplane mode, lost the lock screen, and the OTA update option in the about phone section. any body know what happened?

Just restore a backup...you do have a backup right?
