problem, please help if u can

I unrooted my droid, and right away i noticed that my lock screen (the slide lock) is missing and my home and search buttons no longer work. They vibrate when pushed, but nothing happens. I was running droid mod and i unrooted thru DM updater. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
