Need Help with New Every Two

I have a two year contract on my Env Touch. I got it two Julys ago, so that means I get a new phone soon. I'm thinking about the TB or the Bionic. So here's my question: Is the new every two thing avalible every 20 months or 22 months? I'm a secondary line so I can't figure out exactly when I get a new phone and I don't know our password for myverizon.

New Every Two credits only apply to the primary line. However, if it is also eligible to upgrade, you can do what's called an "alternate upgrade" and take advantage of the NE2 credit on one of the secondary lines.
Customer service can send you a temporary password for My Verizon via SMS so you can sign in and then create a new password

Thanks. I meant I don't know the password as my primary line knows it. So if I got a new phone around July, 10, 09, when is the earliest I can upgrade wothout taking someone elses upgrade. (I am a seconday line)
