Need help with mp3 files

Is there a way to get my Droid Devour music player to recognize the artist and titles of my mp3's? Currently it lists several hundred songs in "Miscellaneous" when I list by song and when I list by "Artist" about 50 of the artists are listed under a category called "Unkown Artist" Yet when I view the unknowns it lists them out by artist so why doesn't the player put them in alphabetical order with the rest of my music?

you'd have to change the details on your computer before dropping it into your Droid to recognize artists.

Change what details? The artists and titles display perfectly in winamp on my pc. They list perfectly in quick office pn the droid but when they get pulled into any music player many are not recognized.

hmmm...then i'm at a lost, lol.

But on your computer when you go to properties on each song file there's a "details" tab you can edit info there.
