need help with mass storage

Need to know how to toggle the mass storage option om my phone when i plug it in i instantly goes to mass storage it wont stay on windows media sync. Please help

After connecting your computer, you'll have a USB notification in your notification bar. Pull your notification bar down and select it. From there, you can choose how to connect to the computer over USB, including as a Media device (MTP).
