Im trying to set up my Easy Tether Pro App but its nots finding the phone when I plug it in. When I look up trouble shooting for the app it tells me to make sure that Mass Storage is active. I have version 2.3.3 of the droid software. I can not locate where to confirm mass storage is enabled. Any suggestions on how to find it and get my pc to recognize my phone is connected.
I know the connection is there bc its charging my phone when its plugged in.

Try using PC mode instead of mass storage for the USB

What shows up on you phone screen when you plug in your usb to the pc? Should have a menu box with pc mode, mass storage and charging. Maybe u don't have usb debugging check.

I don't know what else to do to help. You can try downloading the lastest moto drivers.

Use a different cable. That one may not work for data.
