Need Help With G'talk Call Volume, Email App, and Camera

I've had my Droid Rarz for about 6 days now and love it so far but I have a few questions I hope someone can help me with.

Google Talk Video Call Volume

When I make video calls using Google Talk, I hold the phone out in front of me so the person I am calling can hear me but the call volume is very low and it is difficult for me to hear it. The call volume is louder if I make a standard phone call using the speaker phone. I have tried turning up the call volume during the G'talk video call to the max but it is still very, very low. I can hear it in a quiet room but not in a noisy room. The person I am calling can hear me just fine. Is there a fix to this?

Email App (non-Gmail)

I have non-Gmail email address that I would like to check via a Pop3 email client on my phone. The Razr has, "Corporate Sync" and "Email Accounts". If I select Corporate Sync, I am given menus for inputting the correct server and settings which looks similar to what I setup on my OG Droid. So if the Corporate Sync looks like the correct e-mail program to use, what the heck is "Email Accounts" and why does Verizon send me a text message with a pin number every time I select this icon?

Camera

My OG Droid (btw - this refers lovingly to Droid 1 as "Original Gansta") had a hard button to press to take pictures. I could press the button half-way to lock the focus before shooting which was awesome but the Razr does not have this so the camera is constantly focusing on something. It makes a great photo about 50% of the time but the other 50% are out of focus. Is there a way to lock the focus before taking the shot?
All help is appreciated.

Haven't done video chat yet so I can't help there.

For email, I use the regular email icon for hotmail and my Comcast. The corporate sync is designed for use with business accounts to my knowledge but can be set up with regular email too. This was added so that Motorola could be in the market to compete with blackberry for business phones.

As for the picture taking. The phone takes the picture when you release the on screen button. If you just tap it, it will cause your photos to be hit or miss. But if you touch it and keep your finger on the button, it will focus in and give you a green square when it is ready, then you let go. Using this method has never given me a bad photo.
