No volume on calls

Had this happen 3 times in the last week....

Ill dial a call and will not hear any volume through the ear piece on the headset but will hear it very faint from down near the microphone area. Caller can hear me fine and I verified my call volume was turned up. Speakerphone will not work and the problem reoccurs until a reboot.

Update your device if you haven't. If that didn't fix it then get it replaced.
