I am sorry if this has been asked and answered but I searched and could not find anything.
On my wifes Eris, she will once in a while try to surf the internet and has nothing but a white screen. I called Verizon, they had me clear the cache and it seem to run fine for all of 15 minutes then back to super slow. It is so slow in fact she now refuses to use it for internet surfing. Call me crazy, but shouldn't it surf better? I use the Moto Droid and mine is smokin fast. Any tips before I exchange hers under warranty.... AGAIN!
This is really frustrating. This will be her 3rd phone. I do not like paying for a service that we cannot use. Any help would be appreciated.
