NEED HELP...want 2 stream over 3G

i want to stream vids from my pc. im good on wifi @ home, but i cant get 3G working & im goin crazy trying to set up/open ports for streaming. i have Plex so i set up dyndns, already had static ip for laptop, port 32400 is open in router but it wont connect. diff port scans says timed out, stealth, cant see your connection etc...

is their a program/app/service where i can stream from my pc w/o opening ports? or upload like google music?

If you home computer can be set up as a DLNA server; the Droid 3 can connect to it and stream the videos over 3G. Might be a little choppy at 3G speeds.

i found a guide and set up DLNA. phone wont do anything on 3G, only will respond when wifi on & then its saying 'browsing of folderfailed'
