iMedia Share, youtube, wifi & 3G

I have an Incredible & want to use the iMedia Share app and stream YouTube vids to my big screen. I have a wireless router hooked to my Directv Box that then is connected to my TV. I don't have internet service @ my house so I have no wifi that provides internet data. So, when I try to stream a YouTube vid to my TV over wifi to the router, there's no data source for the YouTube vid. Is there any setting where I can use the 3G data from my phone to get the YouTube Vid & then send the video wifi to the wireless router connected to my Directv box & TV?
