My phone was rooted...then I had to send it in and Verizon sent me a refurb w/ Gingerbread stock and now I can't figure out how to root...Tried Gingerbreak 1.20 but it just kept on saying it was rooting and wouldn't finish...I waited for 10 minutes too...Help

The d3 root method works for all 2.3.3 and 2.3.4 it's as of right now so yeah if you have a dx with 2.3.3 it will work.

I updated my DX from a rooted froyo to gingerbread. I used the one click method. It said it was rooted but my rooted apps do not work. I've tried both gingerbreak and z4 without success. Please help.
