Need Help Returning Droid X2 to Stock 2.3.3

Hi everyone,
I rooted my X2 with "one click root" about a month ago... and I think it hurt more than it helped. It let me get rid of all the bloatware (which was the main motivation for rooting), but ever since it's been rooted it's been having weird glitches and I just want to return it to how it was when I bought it.
Can anyone tell me how I can return my phone to "out of the box" status? Also, it won't let me install the OTA update that I got last night... it keeps saying update failed

You can SBF back to 2.2.2 or 2.2.3 then take 2.3.4 OTA update.
2.2.2 is froyo. New out of the box.
