Need an easy, simple video conversion program for Droid X

I've played with a couple of converters but sometimes I end up with squished videos or AVI from a DVD all still in seperate files like the VOB's. So I'm seeking a simple video converter that I can point to the DVD files, select Droid X (or at least real basic settings) and create the video. I don't want something that has too many settings like DVD fab (It has a "to Mobil function") but no droid setup.)
