Need Advice: Replacement phone for d2?

Hi all! mi droid 2 global is dead. so i need a replacement. Being an old phone now, i need a new model to replace it but i dont know if exists a new generation phone that has a slider qwerty keyboard and root capabilities. What phone do you recommend for me?

If you have the money the droid3 is great and you can root it

Droid 4. It's getting official Google/Motorola ICS (multiple leaked versions are available), has twice the ram of the Droid 3, 4G LTE and a better keyboard.

I own the Droid 3 and Droid 4.....the Droid 4 is definitely the way to go.
