navagation and a phone call

I had a phone call come in while the navagator was on and it talked over the other person. They couldn't hear it but I could. Any solution for this one?

You answered a question I was going to ask. I was hearing my navigation while on the phone also. So the other person cannot hear them?

You have to turn voice prompts off, which defeats the purpose. There have been other threads on this and some people like it talking over the phone, but I find it really annoying and unsafe. You can't understand the caller or the nav when they both are talking. Really needs to be a setting to turn this on or off. And yes, the caller does not hear the prompts.
