Nandroid Question

Hello i have a Droid X running JRummy's RummX 1.0 and i would like to go back to stock. My brother has an X as well and he has a clean stock nandroid. Is it safe for me to restore that on my phone even thou it's a nandroid from his phone and not mine?? Thanks for the help I really appreciate it.

I would say yeah. The accounts and personal system files come ota to the phone from ur carrier. And ur contacts and everything come from ur gmail account. I would say its safe
