Mysterious (Trash can + Hide) Pop-up

I am running Android 10 on a LG Stylo 6 through Boost Mobile. Very recently I have been getting a mysterious popup. It doesn't look like any other popup I have seen before but it appears randomly at the top of my screen. It is in a long oval type bubble and has a TrashCan symbol beside the word Hide.
The popup is unresponsive to anything I do and it basically doesn't let me do anything else on my phone unless I reboot the phone. Maybe I am being slightly paranoid but there have been concerns that spyware or a RAT may have been installed. Please help!!
