My Samsung Galaxy Nexus turn off alone

For an unknown reason, I notice that my Nexus turn off more frequently alone even battery is full!

I'm having a similar problem. Actually almost every time I finish charging it the phone reboots automatically as soon as I unplug. Anyone else experience this?
