My picture in the People App

So, I used to have a Droid Incredible, and the "ME" contact in the Contacts app (the default one) was always synced with my Facebook picture. When I was in a text message thread or in the Contacts App, It had my photo.

Now, I have a Droid Razr Maxx (unrooted, still on ICS) -- at one point, I seem to recall, I *did* have my photo; but I no longer do. I've tried everything (adding myself as a contact on the phone; through GMail; deleting my contact on the phone; deleting my contact as "Me"; adding a photo to Google Plus) - everything I could find. In all cases, I still don't have my photo synced with anything online.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. It's, obviously, not a vital function; but I miss it from the Incredidble, and can't imagine why I cannot replicate the feature on the Razr Maxx.

Thanks!

*SOLVED* - for me, it was as simple as opening/accepting Google Plus on my phone. I deleted my existing "ME" contact and when I opened Google+, it immediately populated.
