My Nexus keeps rebooting and I think it has something to do with WiFi

This is my second replacement Nexus and I noticed that when I left the house earlier with the WiFi off, my phone was ok. But when I left a few minutes ago to run a quick errand, I forgot to turn the WiFi off and it did the constant rebooting until I came back home and picked up on the WiFi signal. Does anyone know what it might be? Am I the only one experiencing this issue?

No mine is rebooting to. Don't know why the wifi is on being I don't need to use it.

It is a relatively known issue that happens to some Nexus owners.
It doesn't happen to me.

I always kept it off as 4g is faster anyway..
