My Droid Charge is not receiving picture messages

Basically the title says it all, my droid charge will not receive pictures, but it will try... When i get a picture message it says that it is "downloading" but eventually just dissapears, what should i do?

For some reason I don't get picture messages while on wifi only. But when im on 4g/3g it will go through.

see thats what i tried tho, maybe i have to like have 3g going before getting the message? but i dont want to be wasting my data on accident when i have wifi available
