Using picture received by messaging

I received a picture by messaging (MMS?) but I can't seem to do anything with it (download, email, forward). The only options I have is to "Set As" Wallpaper or Contact Info. Is there anyway to get it to my picture Gallery or fwd it to my email?

Not to sound silly, but did you try to long press on the picture itself?

Silly but effective! Was able to copy to SD card. Problem solved. You're a legend.
