C Crazy Member May 22, 2010 #1 Why is that? I've never had this problem on 2.0.1 It's getting a bit annoying because I love taking pictures on my Droid. Is there any solution to it? And what if I were to take it to a VZW store? Would they give me a new replacement? Thanks guys.

You most likely already tried this but clean the lens, also If you have a case try taking it off. I kept getting photos with white washout turns out my body glove case was reflecting the flash and washing it out. Once I removed the case I was able to get good pics consistently. Also try another camera app I have heard from other people that another camera app will help sometimes also.

OP OP C Crazy Member May 23, 2010 #3 I cleaned the lens multiple times already and still no luck. It keeps showing the red rectangles when I try to focus & take a picture. I don't use a case so that shouldn't be a problem either. Haven't tried any other camera apps though yet.
