Music won't play

Just got my new X loaded it with music via Rhapsody on my PC. When I go to play a song on my phone nothing happens. The phone freezes up until I press the home or back button multiple times. I wouldn't think it should take very long for a song to load. Also, almost all of my music files are mp3. Suggestions?

nevermind. i decided to try a battery pull and that fixed the problem. i guess when in doubt do a battery pull.

My previous blackberry phones conditioned me to battery pull at the slightest hint of a lockup
