I am not receiving my MSN E-mail. I just started using my new Droid X and I haven't had a chance to read the 68 page instruction book. However, I am not receiving MSN E-Mail which is one of the main reasons for buying a Smart Phone so I can access my e-mail when I am out in the field.
It worked the first day swell and stopped the next day. I called VerizonTech Support and after one hour on the phone, they determined that a box needed to be checked regarding saving messages on the Server.
The last message I received on Droid was January 15th...any ideas? How do you make it automatically check for new messages every 15 minutes or so?? I appreciate your help.
