Mr DROID won't RESET...Please Help

What do you mean it restarts and everything is the same?

Did you root your device?

When i go to Setup and then Privacy and then factory reset and other things....my phone turns off and then it restarts and then it wont rest my phone. I would have all the applications and everything the same. If i reset my phone, it should erase everything but it wont.

i think it because i had installed "Smoked.Glass.Boot.ESE53.rom.tar" and then i didnt uninstall it and just unrooted my phone

download dmupdater from market follow the instructions and just go to stock with that app.....then if you still wanna do the factory reset but i think the nandroid the app uses is complete stock

but it wont even go to recovery menu at startup

cause you dont have the recovery flashed or something idk what you did.....therefore download dmupater and just follow all the instructions and dont post again till you did because it will probably fix your problems

ya....when i use dmupdater..i have to root my phone first then i can flash it but it wont let me root it...is there any other ways i can do it???????

So if you turn off your phone and then hold "x" and the power button nothing shows up ?
You don't get the exclamation mark ?
If that's the case there is one solution , with a big WARNING .

no...i tried that and i wont show anything like that. It would just show the motorola logo and then restart by it self
