Moving back from JB to ICS?

My wife and daughter both received the version push for Jeally Bean. Both accepted the update and have lost certain functiuonality they had under ICS - ex., foxfi wifi. They would like to move back to ICS. Can you point me to a video or message thread that walsk through how to move back from JB to ICS. My wife has a Samsun Galaxy III and m,y daughter is running a Motorola Razr Maxx. Any and all help would be appreciated. Thnak you in advance for your help.

I don't know about the S III, but the Droid Razr cannot go back to ICS.
