Moving apps from SD card to internal storage?

My SD card is almost full and my internal storage is nearly empty. What's the easiest way to transfer apps from card to internal storage? I'm rooted.

There are number of them out there.

Don't you just go to Settings, Applications, Manage Applications, select the "On SD card tab", select the application and then the Move to Phone button?

That's what I thought! I've never had a reason to move them so I've never known for sure! =P

Multi-select does not work, so you have to do one app at a time.

Thankfully all my apps are on the phone already with very few somehow installing themselves to the SD card. So, for me, one at a time was not an issue.
