moving a video taken and posted to facebook by friend

How can I move a video taken and posted on facebook by friend to a video app so that I can view it and save it. If I leave it on Facebook it will shortly be deleted. I tried to move it to the photo gallery; won't work.

Also how do I download a video from youtube to my S4? Look forward to your replies.
