Motorola Roadster phonebook xfer

I cant get my MotorolaRoadster to announce names instead of numbers for incoming calls. I did allow PBAB from the notification.
2 different droids
1 stock 2.2
1 BB .5 2.2

By the way, texts are announced by name via Motospeak...
Any ideas?
